In her own community
Michelle personally donated a few dozen baby monitors to her local hospital. These monitors allowed for doctors and medical staff to communicate with Covid-19 patients in a safe manner. Not only were these monitors a necessity, they also provided peace of mind to the medical staff – allowing them to keep a safe distance while monitoring the patients.
Having been born and spending most of her childhood in the Philippines, Michelle has a soft spot for her fellow countrymen. The “stay at home” order caused havoc in the poorest communities. Unable to receive the government rations, young children and the elderly were left starving in their homes. Michelle organized a food drive and donated food supplies to over 300 families to the poorest of the poor living in the slums of the Philippines.
